This session is an ideal selection for those on a limited schedule. Or for those who supplement with other forms of exercise. Choose the day(s) and time(s) of your preference (up to two sessions) and Stephanie will work with your goals and limitations. Each day and week you will experience different, curated workouts to target all muscle groups. Stephanie uses a combination of super-set / tri-set strength training, high rep training, and Tabata training to keep you active.

While this is group training, each trainee will still get individualized attention and modifications based on their ability level. There may be days when you will be in the session alone. There will never be more than 5 others training with you simultaneously.

This selection is $35 per session and also includes one free InBody scan at the start of your journey.

This is an ideal selection for those who want to sculpt their body or shed weight quickly. Modifications range from beginner all the way to show prep. Choose the days and times of your preference and Stephanie will make your goals happen. Each day and week you will experience different, curated workouts to target all muscle groups. Stephanie uses a combination of super-set / tri-set strength training, high rep training, and Tabata training to keep you active.

While this is group training, each trainee will still get individualized attention and modifications based on their ability level. There may be days when you will be in the session alone. There will never be more than 5 others training with you simultaneously.

This selection is $25 per session and also includes one FREE InBody scan at the start of your journey.
